1. Scope of the agreement
These terms cover every part of the site: slots, live dealer tables, crash games and the sportsbook. They apply on desktop and on mobile, including the browser-based app described on the mobile app page.
Individual promotions may carry extra rules. Those rules add to this agreement rather than replace it; where the two conflict, this document prevails.
2. Who may register
You must be 18 or over and acting on your own behalf. Registering for someone else, or through an agent, is not permitted. One account per person — we treat matching email, address, phone number, device fingerprint or payment method as a duplicate.
Where a duplicate is found we close the newer account and remove any bonus claimed twice. Funds you actually deposited remain withdrawable.
3. Account security
Registration and sign-in are described on the login and sign up page. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done in your session. If you suspect someone else has access, change the password and email [email protected] immediately.
We may suspend an account while we investigate inconsistent sign-in patterns, shared credentials or attempts to bypass territorial restrictions.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
All transactions settle in pounds sterling. Methods, limits and timings are published on the deposits and withdrawals pages. We return funds to the method used for the deposit wherever that is technically possible.
We charge no withdrawal fee. Charges applied by your bank, e-wallet or the blockchain network remain yours.
5. Identity verification
KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal at the latest. We ask for a valid photo ID, a proof of address issued within the last three months, and evidence that the payment method belongs to you. Checks normally complete within 24–72 hours.
Withdrawals stay on hold until documents are approved. We store them encrypted for the statutory retention period and delete them afterwards.
6. Bonuses and wagering
Tiers, caps and multipliers are set out on the bonuses page. While wagering is open a maximum stake per round applies; exceeding it can void the bonus balance.
We treat the following as bonus abuse: covering opposite outcomes, low-variance play chosen purely to run down a deadline, coordinated play across accounts, and deposit-withdraw cycling without real play.
7. Game outcomes and technical faults
The games listed on the casino games page run on random number generators certified by independent laboratories. If a connection drops, the server log decides the outcome: an unfinished round is either completed or refunded. A win displayed in error creates no entitlement.
8. Closing an account and complaints
You may close your account at any time by email; the available balance is returned once verification is complete. Raise any complaint within 30 days of the event. We acknowledge within 48 hours and answer substantively within eight working days.
